KEMP FC ACADEMY RULES AND REGULATIONS

GENERAL RULES

1.     Any child aged 5 and above can be a student of Kemp FC Academy.

2.     Every student must complete the registration process online, payment of fees and sign the indemnity form before starting training sessions.

4.     Every student is required to abide by the rules and regulations of the Academy.

5.     Every student must behave in a friendly manner and create a positive atmosphere. Any problems faced, must be reported to the coach or management immediately.

6.     Parents or guardians should always inform the coach of the team about any absence. Absence of students without any information or authorisation is unacceptable.

7.     Students selected to represent Kemp FC or Kemp Juniors FC in matches or tournaments, are required to attend all mandatory training sessions and be available to play for matches and tournaments.


PARENTS & GUARDIANS – RESPONSIBILITIES AND CODE OF CONDUCT

1.     During the training sessions and matches, parents, guardians and supporters should avoid contact with the player to allow them to stay focused.

2.     During the training sessions and matches, parents, guardians and supporters should never enter the field.

3.     Parents, guardians and supporters should always show respect to match officials, the coaches and assistants, and also applaud the opposition as well as their own team.

4.     Parents or guardians should respect the coach’s decision at all times and give the coach and players their full support.

5.     All training sessions are out of school hours. Parents or guardians are responsible for transporting players to and from the training sessions and subsequently to matches as well.

6.   If matches clash with school timings, the management can issue a letter of permission to schools/ colleges for students who require it.

7. Once every six months the coaches will organise a meeting with parents or guardians to discuss player achievement and to set goals. It is mandatory to attend this meeting.


STUDENTS CODE OF CONDUCT

1.     Every student should have parents’ or guardians’ approval and should complete the registration and payment process as well as sign the indemnity form before starting training sessions.

2.     As a student of Kemp FC Academy, you should:

a)     set and maintain a high level of good conduct and behaviour, both on and off the field of play,

b)     always maintain & wear your training jersey kit, football shoes and shin guards,

c)     before, during and after training help the coaches with training equipment,

d)     pay attention to the coaches and never talk whilst they are giving instructions,

e)     be prepared to learn and to concentrate fully during training,

f)     report any injuries or discomfort immediately to the coaches even during the training session,

g)     not contact parents, guardians or supporters during the training sessions and matches

h)     in your free time practice technique and tricks learned during the training sessions,

i)      treat football equipment owned by the Academy with respect,

j) not miss training sessions.

 The criteria to get selected to represent Kemp FC is to be regular, punctual and committed to training sessions. Students who fail to attend training sessions at least twice a week, cannot be considered for games or tournaments. 

Students must attend all mandatory sessions related to fitness assessments, guest lectures, nutrition sessions and other value adds that the Academy provides.


FEES, REFUNDS AND SESSIONS

  1. Kemp FC Academy fees are payable per quarter. The fee structure is explained at the time of registration.

  2. Training jersey kit costs INR 1000 and is payable in addition to the training quarterly fees.

  3. Parents or guardians should always pay the fees promptly as requested.

4.     Kemp FC Academy has a no refund policy. No fee refunds or transfers are allowed. Refer to our Refunds Policy.

5.     Parents or guardians should bring their children to all training sessions and always inform with a minimum 48 hour notice to the coach or management about any absence or non-availability of student/players for any matches or training sessions.

6.     In the event of a student being absent for a training session, missed sessions cannot be carried forward for the following reasons: examinations, vacations, heavy traffic, festivals and holidays, family get-togethers/events, school events or any other extra curricular activities. In case of examinations only, one session per month only can be carried forward if prior notice is given to the management.  

7.     In case of illness or long-term injury of a student or an unforeseen incident in the family, parents or guardians should inform  the coach or management about the period of absence and provide a valid fitness certificate at the time of rejoining (in-case of sickness or injuries) the training sessions. If the absence is expected to be longer than a week in the case of illness or injury, the training sessions can be carried forward as per mutual agreement with the management and coach.

8.     Training sessions cancelled due to bad weather or other force majeure situations cannot be carried forward by the management.

9.   All sessions cancelled by the management due to unavailability of coaches, training facilities or clashing schedules will be carried forward for all students of the Academy.

10.   In case a student is planning to leave Kemp FC Academy, parents or guardians must let management know via email to academy@kempfc.com


DISCLAIMER

Kemp FC Academy can amend rules, regulations and code of conduct at any time.

Not following the rules, regulations and code of conduct of Kemp FC Academy may lead to dismissal from the Academy.

All other cases not included in these rules, regulations and codes of conduct are the responsibility of the Academy’s management team who has the delegated right to make decisions.
